We provide complete eye care for the whole family — including comprehensive eye exams, diabetic and retinal screenings, contact lens fittings, and eye disease diagnosis and treatment. We also offer a wide selection of prescription glasses and sunglasses from top brands like Ray-Ban, Coach, and Nike.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept most major vision insurance plans, including VSP, EyeMed, Superior Vision, Davis Vision, Avesis, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you’re not sure about your coverage, our team is happy to help verify your benefits before your visit.

Can I get my glasses or contacts the same day?

In many cases, we can fit you for contact lenses and place your glasses order the same day as your exam. Glasses typically arrive within 7–10 business days, and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready for pickup.

How often should I schedule an eye exam?

We recommend a comprehensive eye exam once a year to monitor changes in your vision and detect early signs of eye conditions like glaucoma, cataracts, or diabetic retinopathy. Regular exams are especially important if you wear glasses or contacts.

What’s the difference between your downtown office and your Walmart location?

Both locations provide the same high-quality eye care from our doctors, Dr. Laurie Minton and Dr. Bree Vickers. Our Walmart office focuses on exams and contact lens fittings, while glasses and frames are handled through the Walmart Vision Center next door. Our downtown office offers a full optical shop with a wide range of eyewear options.
